Born in Brighton, Paul Ifill spent nearly two decades at the top of professional football — rising through the English Football League with Millwall, Sheffield United and Crystal Palace before making the journey to New Zealand with the Wellington Phoenix, where he became the club's all-time leading A-League scorer.
His playing career produced moments few can claim: an FA Cup Final against Manchester United, Premier League promotion with Sheffield United, and the honour of captaining Barbados on the international stage. Since retiring, Paul has channelled that wealth of experience into coaching at every level — internationally with the Samoa Women's National Team, nationally in the New Zealand National and Central Leagues, and as Director of Football at Rathkeale College. As Co-founder of SportBrain, he brings a particular focus on mental skills development to everything PIFA does - available through group, small group, and private one-on-one training, built around what every player needs to grow.
