About PIFA Academies
Established in 2014, our academy brings professional-standard football coaching directly into the heart of Masterton.
Based at Rathkeale College, the programme is designed for local young players who are serious about developing their game, without having to leave their community to do it. Players train under Paul and his team's direct coaching, building technical skills, football intelligence, and the mental strength to compete at the next level.
At PIFA Rathkeale, we develop the complete player. On the pitch, that means sharper technique, better decision-making, and real match preparation. Off it, it means the discipline, resilience, and leadership that carry young players well beyond their football careers.

Our current academies in Masterton are:
In term 3, this runs over a 6 week block, starting Monday 10 August
Cost: $210 for term 3
- 8-12yo on Mondays 3.45-4.45pm
- 13-17yo on Mondays 4.45-5.45pm
